Jenny McCabe

Jenny McCabe joins Tinder as Chief Communications Officer after a career focused on building the brand reputation for some of the world’s largest companies including Netflix and Starbucks. 

During her time at Netflix, she led the team that made binge watching The New Normal and launched Netflix all over the world.  She also architected the Pro-Social campaign for the controversial series 13 Reasons Why, including a partnership with Northwestern University to research the impact of the first season on teens and building a coalition of 3rd party organizations to support the series.  

While at Starbucks, she led teams responsible for some of the biggest initiatives of the 2008 Transformation Agenda including the launch of coffee innovations like VIA Instant Coffee, a new healthy food program and the rebranding and relaunch of Seattle’s Best Coffee.  Prior to joining in-house communications teams, McCabe spent more than a decade counseling and supporting brands like Best Buy, The Home Depot, Delta Air Lines, Philips Electronics and Tropicana.
