The annual awards include small to midsize companies, from startups to enterprise, in Los Angeles

Compensation is determined by taking the median percentile for all company salaries and comparing them to all of the entrants. Benefits are weighted by category including Health & Wellness, Financial Planning & Stability, Flexible Work Environment, Diversity & Culture, Professional & Social Impact, and Perks & Discounts.
