Tinder Receives 2021 Comparably Awards for Best Perks & Benefits and Best Compensation
Employees also ranked Tinder as one of Comparably’s 2021 Best Places to Work and Best Leadership Teams

Los Angeles, Calif. - October 11, 2021 — Tinder has received two additional 2021 Comparably Awards for Best Company Perks & Benefits and Best Company Compensation. This award is derived from anonymous sentiment ratings from current employees on Comparably.com over a 12-month period.

“Our employees go above and beyond for our members every day. Providing benefits and perks that are focused on their well-being and matter most to our team is a top priority for us. We’re constantly gathering feedback and evaluating our offerings to make sure the experience we provide reflects how much we value our employees,” said Lina Alcala, SVP of People at Tinder. “Receiving these awards based on direct feedback from Tinder employees is a great testament to the existing total rewards programs we have in place and inspire us to keep making them better as the needs of our team change.”

Earlier this year, Tinder was named as one of Comparably’s 2021 Best Places to Work based on a series of 50+ structured and comprehensive workplace questions in nearly 20 core culture categories, including: Work-Life Balance, Professional Development, Leadership, Compensation, and Perks & Benefits.

Tinder also received a 2021 Comparably Award for Best Leadership Team, based on anonymous employee ratings of Tinder’s CEO, executive leaders, and direct managers on Comparably.com over a 12-month period.
